A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all common areas, restrooms, and amenities.
• Ensure all areas are consistently stocked and supplied.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance needs or deficiencies, promptly reporting them to management.
• Take charge of deep cleaning projects and contribute to the overall upkeep of the property’s appearance.
• Cooperate with our friendly staff to ensure a seamless and positive resident experience.

What You Bring to the Team:

• At least one year of experience in janitorial services, preferably in a residential, hotel, or facilities environment.
• Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (email, internet).
• A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record are required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
