Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Location: Peterborough, NH

Salary: Up to $22/hour (based on experience)

Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Shift Notes: Full-time, day shift positions, with M-F schedules. We are looking for 1 CMA for Orthopedics

Job Overview:

A full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is needed for an orthopedic practice. This role supports clinical procedures under the direct supervision of an office nurse or physician. Ideal candidates should be local, personable, emotionally stable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform blood draws, lab tests, injections, and immunizations
  • Assist physicians with examinations and patient procedures
  • Record vitals including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
  • Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms
  • Handle patient phone calls and provide instructions as directed
  • Prepare patients for exams and assist with mobility as needed
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical documentation
  • Order and maintain medical supply inventory
  • Support referrals and other documentation processes
  • Operate as part of a collaborative clinical team
