Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment activities within our database. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to placement. Requirements Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential; additional languages are a plus. No prior recruitment experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting candidates in their career journeys. Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is beneficial. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
