Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a $10M+ sales pipeline targeting public school districts, engaging decision-makers, and advancing sales opportunities. Present tailored proposals and guide procurement processes to secure high-value contracts. Understand district challenges through discovery sessions and craft solutions that deliver measurable results. Manage all aspects of complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, with full territory ownership. Leverage existing relationships within districts to facilitate adoption of solutions. What You Won’t Be Doing Following rigid scripts—craft your own territory strategy. Selling non-transformative, supplementary products. Getting caught in bureaucracy—focus on results. Micromanaging daily tasks—own your outcomes. Minimum Requirements 3+ years in managing complex K-12 sales cycles and closing deals over $100K. Strong network of district decision-makers in Texas or California. Experience with public school procurement, including RFPs/RFIs. Proven track record managing a $10M+ sales pipeline and achieving targets. Ability to work independently through entire sales process. Proficiency with CRM and sales tech tools. Residency within 2 hours of TX or CA and willingness to travel up to 80%. Legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
