What You Will Be Doing Develop and manage a $10M+ sales pipeline by identifying high-potential districts, engaging decision-makers, and progressing opportunities through sales stages Present tailored proposals and guide procurement to secure lucrative contracts Conduct discovery sessions to understand district challenges and craft solutions with measurable results Manage all aspects of complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, owning territory strategy and outcomes Leverage existing relationships within public school districts to expedite adoption What You Won’t Be Doing Following rigid scripts—enjoy the freedom to craft your strategy Selling non-essential products—this is a transformative, impactful solution Getting bogged down in bureaucracy—our startup is results-focused Micromanaging daily activities—you are responsible for your outcomes Key Responsibilities Champion the adoption of our innovative learning platform in public school districts, building long-term partnerships that significantly improve educational outcomes at scale. Basic Requirements 3+ years managing complex K-12 sales cycles and closing deals over $100K Strong network with district decision-makers in Texas or California Experience navigating public school procurement processes, including RFPs/RFIs Proven track record managing a $10M+ sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets Ability to operate independently and handle the full sales cycle Proficiency with CRM tools and sales technology Reside within or within 2 hours of Texas or California Willing to travel extensively within the region (up to 80%) Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship About 2 Hour Learning 2 Hour Learning is transforming education with AI-driven personalized learning that enables students to master academics in just two hours a day.
