We're growing fast and expanding into a new, larger office space in Irvine! That means more opportunities, more energy, and more room for you to thrive.

What You'll Do:

Step into a role where your expertise is valued and your work makes a difference. As a Tax Resolution Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for helping clients navigate:

• IRS audits
• Settlement offers
• Payment plans
• Wage & bank levy releases
• And more

You'll be working directly with the IRS and our clients to build smart, strategic resolutions that help people get their lives back on track. Don't worry—it's a team effort, and we've got great systems (and even better people) to support you.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) License
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in tax resolution
• Strong knowledge of IRS Fresh Start Programs
• Experience with Offers in Compromise, CNC, PPIAs, and IRS transcripts
• Comfortable managing multiple cases with accuracy and speed
• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator

Daily Tasks Include:

• Calling and faxing the IRS to obtain transcripts and reports
• Analyzing financials to determine the best resolution strategy
• Filing tax resolution programs, including:
  Offer in Compromise
  CNC & Partial Pay Installment Agreements
  Lien Subordination & Release
  Audit Reconsideration
  Fresh Start Programs

Schedule & Office Vibes:

• Full-Time | In-Person Only
• Monday–Friday | 8AM – 5PM (no weekends!)
• Paid Holidays + PTO

Compensation: $30 – $40 / hour , depending on experience
