Job Description

We offer complete Grounds Care for both summer and winter seasons for HOAs/Apartments/Commercial Properties, along with Landscaping, Irrigation, and Lawn Applications as well as deck building, maintenance, remodeling, siding, and roofing. Compensation: Hourly dependent upon qualifications and experience. Generally from $30-$38/hr Responsibilities:

• The Equipment Operator will be a highly skilled operator and have a working knowledge of equipment and their attachments such as but not limited to: Skid steers, tractors, tillers, mechanical rakes, and sod cutters.
• The operation of the equipment must be done in a highly detailed manner and high level of awareness. This position may also include levels of manual labor including raking and sodding. This position will take place in Minneapolis.
• We are looking for TRUE operators. Not equipment drivers.

• Punctuality and attendance are critical for this position
• Reliable transportation to/from work
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Operate equipment in sitting/standing position for up to 8+ hrs./time
• Ability to work outdoors
• Positive attitude and hard-working and be able to work safely in a team environment
• Ability to work with all levels of employees
