Lead Technical Recruiter | Centralized F&A | Banking & Financial Services Job Title: Executive Assistant Pay Rate: $32 - $33/hr Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension Working hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Role Mandate: Performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, financial and human resources administration, and provides professional support to managers and their teams. Ensures administrative and operational processes and control standards are followed, while seeking opportunities for improvement to enhance business efficiency. Role Responsibilities Include: Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of department events. Provide senior administrative and operational support within a large, diverse team, including senior executives. Offer coaching and mentorship to junior administrative staff. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, book rooms, and support event logistics. Develop and maintain filing systems for reports, forms, and documentation. Assist in developing and distributing communications, including writing and editing. Process invoices and manage departmental expenses within budgets. Arrange travel and accommodations. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on office and facilities matters. Maintain supplies inventory and track staff absences and overtime. Coordinate staff training logistics. Must-Have Skills: 5-7 years of relevant administrative/professional support experience. Post-secondary degree in a related field.
