Summary: An Executive Assistant at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Legal team supporting the General Counsel & Director of Legal Affairs to anticipate the needs of the executive, streamline processes, and effectively manage time and resources. This position involves ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and responsibilities and is ideal for someone who has exceptional organizational skills, precise communication abilities, and a keen understanding of the executive's priorities. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and act as a gatekeeper for emails and requests. Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professionalism and discretion. Project Management: Support special projects, conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports. Office Operation and Confidentiality: Oversee office supplies, equipment, handle sensitive information, and ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings. What you Bring to Pacific Seafood: Required: BA/BS degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent education and experience. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and proven reliability. Preferred: Experience supporting C-level executives or lawyers in law firms or corporate settings.
