Job Overview

Under general supervision from the Program Manager, assist in the planning and coordination of administration and/or operational activities of substantial variety and complexity of the Real Estate Center. This role is 75% FTE (30 hours per week), and benefit eligible.

This position will have the option of a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home) for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY following 90 days of training. Residence must be in the tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies.

Essential Functions

  • Assist Program Manager with planning and coordinating eight monthly Roundtables and the Annual Real Estate Dinner.
  • File and track expense reports for the Real Estate Center staff and real estate faculty using Concur.
  • Coordinate the use of facilities and equipment.
  • Assist Professors and Adjuncts with scheduling class speakers, outside events, etc.
  • Track expenditures for the Center on a month-to-month basis.
  • Perform research concerning procedures and practices, identifying problems and recommending solutions.
  • Serve as liaison for Program Manager in the interpretation of policies and procedures.
  • Represent Program Manager on committees and attend meetings on behalf of administrator.
  • May coordinate personnel transactions.
  • Receive and reconcile expense statements.
  • Review and monitor expenditures on supplies, equipment, etc.
  • Perform other related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree


Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement

Required Experience

One (1) year of relevant work experience

Additional Qualifications Considered

Knowledge of Concur, Learning Stream and Constant Contact a plus
