Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Recruit, train, and mentor service technicians and advisors.
• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to create innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze daily receipts to ensure accuracy and provide insights to upper management.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager role within an auto repair facility or dealership service department.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive industry trends and best practices.
• License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Screening: Must successfully complete background check.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
