Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Perform maintenance and repairs to Phillips 66 Sweeny Complex mobile and stationary equipment in order to ensure that the equipment is available, reliable and safe to operate.

Main Activities \n - Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mobile and stationary equipment including front end loaders, forklifts, cranes, pumps, stationary engines, and generators.
\n - Perform repairs to mobile and stationary equipment
\n - Inspect mobile and stationary equipment for defects or required repairs
\n - Advise the Garage Mechanic Supervisor of required major repairs or replacements to mobile and stationary equipment
\n - Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to all safety standards
\n
\n
- Assist with administrative duties related to maintenance of mobile and stationary equipment
\n
\n - Assist in preparing preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
\n - Assist in setting up third party inspections on cranes.
\n - Assist in ordering replacement equipment, parts, and supplies.
\n - Assist in maintaining PM records and repair logs.
\n - Perform other related duties.
\n

Qualifications Knowledge Heavy Equipment Mechanic must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
\n - Knowledge of procedures for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of mobile and stationary equipment
\n - Knowledge of mobile and stationary preventative and predictive maintenance schedules and programs
\n - Knowledge of when to contact other trade-persons or professionals to complete a task or repair
\n - Knowledge of equipment inspection procedures
\n - Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and procedures
\n - Knowledge of record keeping systems
\n

\n - Forklifts-Case Rough Terrain and Doosan, Toyota, Yale (Warehouse Type)
\n - Welding Machines-Diesel and Gas-Lincoln and Miller
\n - Cranes-Broderson Carry Deck, 15 Ton Galion, Liebeherr and Link Belt
\n - Stationary Engines-Cummins, Detroit, Caterpillar-Flood and Fire Pumps
\n - Backhoes-Case
\n - Light Towers
\n - Compressors-Atlas Copco, Kaeser, Ingersoll Rand
\n - Generators-Mulitquip, Kohler, Onan
