Have great earning-potential as an Inside Sales Consultant in the Physician Permanent Placement Division at CompHealth in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As an Inside Sales Consultant you will place physicians in permanent positions in facilities all over the country. Responsibilities include sourcing healthcare provider names, contact information and generating call lists; making outbound phone calls to providers and developing prospective business by building relationships, persuading and influencing them to consider new career opportunities with clients; screening, qualifying and determining viability of providers then matching them up with appropriate opportunities based on their needs/wants; building an active pipeline, and continually identifying and developing new healthcare provider prospects; selling and negotiating throughout the recruitment process and acting as a subject matter expert while taking a consultative approach with providers; generating revenue through closing the permanent placement of healthcare providers into client facilities; meeting and exceeding production goals throughout a consultative sales cycle. Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in consultative sales or selling a professional service, intrinsic motivation and perseverance through tough markets, and professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence prospects. Compensation includes a pay range of $50,000 -- $235,000 annually, varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.
