• Client Engagement: Connect with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored advice.
• Lead Management: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
• Policy Customization: Recommend and personalize insurance plans according to individual client requirements.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry changes to offer the best advice and solutions to clients.

• Licensing: Active Alabama Property & Casualty License is required prior to start date.
• Experience: At least one year of experience in insurance sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact positively with clients over the phone and through digital channels.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a strong drive for performance.
• Customer Service: Passion for helping clients and meeting their unique insurance needs.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM software, and virtual communication platforms.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and personalize insurance solutions.
• Adaptability: Comfort with a fully remote work environment, including time management and organization skills.
