About the Role
The Company is seeking an Interim Executive Director of Surgical and Procedural Services to provide leadership and oversight for the main ORs, SPD, Pre and Post, and PACU across two hospital campuses. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of these areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care. This role requires a leader with trauma experience, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and an Illinois RN license. The Interim Executive Director will also be tasked with managing complex multi-care health systems and must have a background in union experience. Applicants for the Interim Executive Director position at the company should have a proven track record in a leadership or executive director role, with a focus on surgical and procedural services.
