Rolling Suds is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Technician to join our growing team! As a Lead Technician, youll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our residential clients, ensuring high-quality results and leading by example on every job site.

What Youll Do:

• Lead a small crew on soft wash and power washing projects
• Ensure all work is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Maintain equipment and company vehicles in excellent working condition
• Assist with scheduling, job site logistics, and client follow-ups as needed
• Use technology for job site reporting

What Were Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in home services (pressure washing, window cleaning, landscaping, handyman services, etc.)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
• Ability to pass mandatory drug testing
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
