Now Hiring: Machine/Press Operators – Multiple Shifts Available
\n Location: Wyoming, NY
\n Pay/Shift: \n

• 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM): $16.75/hr\n\t
• 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $17.75/hr\n\t
• 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM): $17.75/hr\n

\nLooking to get your foot in the door with a reputable manufacturing facility? We’re currently hiring Machine/Press Operators for a fast-paced, full-time opportunity in the Wyoming, NY area. This is a long-term role with the potential for permanent hire, pay increases, and full benefits!

\n Your Responsibilities Will Include: \n\n

\n\t
• Running production equipment in a rubber manufacturing environment\n\t
• Monitoring machines to ensure uptime and accuracy\n\t
• Accurately completing basic production paperwork and job tracking\n\t
• Performing in-process quality checks to maintain zero-defect output\n\t
• Following standard operating procedures and all safety guidelines\n\t
• Communicating with your supervisor about production flow and issues\n

• Be comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing throughout the shift\n\t
• Have good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination\n\t
• Be reliable and ready to work in a team environment\n\t
