Ready to make your next big professional move? Join us on our journey to achieve our big dream of building the most loved restaurant brands in the world. Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies, with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants across more than 120 countries and territories. RBI owns four of the world's most prominent quick service restaurant brands: TIM HORTONS, BURGER KING, POPEYES, and FIREHOUSE SUBS. These brands have been serving their guests, franchisees, and communities for decades. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is committed to improving sustainability outcomes related to food, the planet, and communities. RBI aims to grow these brands by leveraging their core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and community support. Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices of Restaurant Brands International Inc. At RBI, our mission is to build the most loved restaurant brands in the world—and it starts with our people. We are seeking a strategic, highly motivated Manager to join our People team in Miami. This role involves shaping and scaling enterprise-wide talent initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, leadership development, succession planning, career pathing, and employee engagement. You will collaborate with global teams to evolve our Talent Philosophy and develop impactful programs that drive growth, inclusion, and a culture of ownership and meritocracy. Role & Responsibilities: Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of talent programs, such as performance management, succession planning, career development, internal mobility, and 360 feedback. Serve as a subject matter expert and program manager for enterprise-wide talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and scalability across brands and markets. Partner with People Business Partners, L&D, HR Operations, and business leaders to integrate talent practices into daily operations and provide tools and insights for managing and developing talent. Drive enterprise-wide succession planning efforts, including readiness assessments and development moves, aligned with business strategy and organizational design. Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle related to assessments, development plans, and follow-ups, providing actionable insights to enhance performance and engagement. Support configuration, optimization, and user experience improvements for Workday Talent modules as the talent product owner. Prepare clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders and company-wide communication, utilizing data, visuals, and storytelling. Develop and deliver training, toolkits, and resources to enhance leadership capabilities in performance feedback, talent conversations, and growth planning. Utilize internal and external data to analyze, measure impact, and inform strategic talent decisions. Ensure all talent processes promote inclusive leadership, equity, and a culture of feedback and accountability. Qualifications & Skills: 4+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR fields. Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related disciplines. Proven experience managing enterprise talent programs like performance, succession, or leadership development. Experience with Workday Talent Suite or similar HRIS systems preferred. Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create high-impact presentations; confident presenter. Excellent project management skills with a bias for action, capable of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strategic thinker, able to connect talent practices with business strategy and organizational design. Analytical mindset with experience using data to generate insights and evaluate program effectiveness. Collaborative, relationship-oriented, and influential across levels and functions. Comfortable with ambiguity and iterative problem-solving. Deep commitment to core values: Dream Big, Ownership, Meritocracy, Diversity, Creativity & Innovation, and Authenticity. We offer benefits focused on physical, mental, and financial wellness, including global paid parental leave, telemedicine, and mental health support.
