The Operations Partner is responsible for the operational performance of franchise organizations within their markets and acts as the primary account manager for Franchisees with approximately 15 or fewer locations. The Operations Partner collaborates with Burger King franchise owners’ leadership teams to implement strategies and processes aimed at delivering a great guest experience, optimizing franchise business and operational performance, and achieving restaurant and company targets. Additionally, they ensure franchisees operate within Burger King standards and policies. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive franchisee business reviews covering all business aspects: restaurant succession, development obligations, operations, sales, profitability, financial health, and technology. Support franchisees with restaurant operations and develop strategic plans to ensure productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Create data-driven, long-term goals and operational strategies in collaboration with franchisee teams and senior leaders to achieve desired results. Onboard new franchisees and support expansion site preparations. Qualifications: Develop effective relationships with restaurant team members, managers, and senior leaders to facilitate performance-driven communication. Conduct targeted restaurant training programs. Implement system-wide operational initiatives such as BK Basics, equipment and certification trainings, and hours of operation. Regularly analyze and report on operational performance KPIs. Deploy solutions to improve operational metrics like Complaint Ratio, Speed of Service, Retention, and Training. Maintain brand standards in food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance by advising restaurant leadership. Ensure corrective actions are completed for all failed restaurant evaluations. Report restaurant metrics accurately, upholding honesty and integrity. Support business review and action plan execution for key accounts. Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. At least 4 years of operations experience in QSR, retail, food & beverage, or franchise industry. Strong relationship-building skills with clients, colleagues, and partners. Proficiency in root-cause analysis methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (PowerPoint). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
