Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the Lead Technician to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
- Follow standardized pressure washing and cleaning procedures to ensure consistent quality
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe worksite, following OSHA guidelines and best practices
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold our reputation for excellence
What Were Looking For: -
Technical Aptitude Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and perform minor repairs on equipment (a plus, but not required)

Positive Attitude Friendly, upbeat, and ready to tackle any challenge

Strong Work Ethic Punctual, reliable, and committed to doing the job right

Attention to Detail Takes pride in producing high-quality work

Analytical Skills Strong judgment, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to assess worksite conditions to determine the appropriate course of action. Ability to read and follow instructions accurately

Physical Stamina Comfortable climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Valid Drivers License (required)

Safety-Minded Familiarity with OSHA guidelines is a bonus

Availability Starts as a part-time position with the potential to become full-time based on performance and business needs. Monday through Friday, with optional weekend shifts upon availability.
