Overview

At Intuit, our mission is powering prosperity around the world. We build intuitive web, mobile, and cloud solutions that generate more money, more time, and more confidence for 46+ million people. Leveraging big data insights, machine learning, and powerful automation, we help consumers, small business owners, and the self-employed achieve their dreams of prosperity.

Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is dedicated to delivering a portfolio of solutions that improve the success of small businesses in the U.S., addressing needs from invoicing to payroll, accounting, payments, and lending. Within the QuickBooks team, the FinTech team helps small businesses get paid, manage bills, and access financing, tackling issues like cash flow that threaten business longevity.

Prior experience launching credit products in B2B is preferred.

You’ll be challenged to think boldly, move fast, and impact customers’ lives and the QuickBooks brand. The role is currently an individual contributor position (with potential to build a team), reporting to the VP PMM of QB Money, and working closely with the PMM Leader on QB Capital.

  • Communication: Excellent skills to articulate value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Experience in market research and data analysis to inform strategy.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
  • Partnership Development: Experience in managing strategic partnerships to enhance offerings.

  • Lead the setup, positioning, value proposition, and launch of the credit product, ensuring seamless integration with QuickBooks and other products.
  • Develop loyalty programs and benefits to improve customer retention.
  • Implement strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams for alignment and execution.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to enhance experience.
  • Set and monitor revenue targets, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand product reach and value.
