Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid math skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Massillon, OH

What's the Job?

• Perform weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department.
• Ensure the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost.
• Meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.
• Utilize digital scales to weigh materials and color pigments.
• Mix materials to send down the line for machine operators.

What's Needed?

• Solid math skills, including addition, subtraction, and working with decimals.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
