Job Description:

• The Content Writer / Deep Research - Technical Writer will support LLM (Large Language Model) research evaluation by assessing and improving AI-generated research outputs.
• This role requires a strong foundation in research methodology, subject matter expertise in domains like finance, math, and science, and technical writing skills.
• The candidate will analyze LLM outputs for accuracy, depth, and logical coherence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance LLM performance.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate LLM outputs for research quality, source credibility, logical consistency, and content accuracy.
• Design and run prompt engineering tests to probe LLM capabilities across various research scenarios.
• Identify and report biases, hallucinations, and factual inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to assess the LLM’s synthesis capabilities.
• Prepare high-quality content samples or refinement prompts for LLM fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with technical teams by providing clear, structured feedback on LLM behavior and research performance.
• Assist in data curation, cleaning, and annotation to support training datasets.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of data feeds and quarterly reporting workflows.

Experience Required:

• Demonstrated experience in technical writing, academic research, or content creation in complex domains (e.g., finance, mathematics, science).
• Experience evaluating or working with LLMs, AI tools, or machine learning platforms is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to analyze logical reasoning, argument structure, and factual accuracy in written content.
• Experience working with data pipelines, user research, and feedback synthesis.
• Previous work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments involving engineering or product teams.

Skills:

Research & Analytical:

• Strong foundation in qualitative/quantitative research, source evaluation, fact-checking, and synthesis.

Writing & Editing:

• Exceptional command of grammar, clarity, tone, and content structure. Able to write and assess complex research outputs.

Technical:

• Prompt engineering and LLM output analysis.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools, APIs, and data handling techniques.
• Experience in data curation/annotation workflows.

Critical Thinking:

• Pattern recognition, bias detection, logical assessment, and problem-solving.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Ability to provide actionable feedback and work with interdisciplinary teams.

Organization:

• Skilled in balancing multiple priorities and managing content projects efficiently.

Education:

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Political Science, Linguistics, Creative Writing, Content Writing, English, Arts, or related disciplines.
