About Us :
We are a dedicated ABA clinic providing comprehensive therapy and diagnostic services for children and adolescents with autism. Our clinic serves individuals from 18 months to 17 years old for diagnostic testing and 18 months to 13 years old for ABA therapy. With a team of highly qualified BCBAs who have over 18 years of experience administering autism testing, we focus on delivering the highest quality of care and support for the families in our community.

Position Overview :
We are seeking a passionate and skilled psychologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will conduct autism assessments, provide diagnostic feedback to families, and collaborate with our experienced BCBAs to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive autism evaluations using standardized assessments such as the ADOS-2, ADI-R, and other evidence-based tools.
• Provide clear and empathetic feedback and diagnostic findings to families.
• Collaborate with our team of BCBAs to ensure continuity of care and to develop individualized recommendations for ABA therapy.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
• Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of autism diagnostics.

Qualifications :

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensed.
• Experience in administering and interpreting autism diagnostic assessments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 3 – 40 per week
