Remodeling Sales Specialist – Pat Scales Remodeling

We have big growth plans and are in search of an experienced Remodeling Sales Specialist to join our team and help drive our expansion by delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. What You'll Do

As a Sales Specialist you’ll build relationships with potential clients, assess project fit, provide ballpark estimates, and guide them through the sales process. You'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to project handoff.

Responsibilities

• Screen inquiries, schedule consultations, and manage client data in Buildertrend.
• Meet clients on-site to discuss project goals, budget, and scope.
• Create and present ballpark estimates, helping clients make informed decisions.
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Draft and send design agreements and contracts via Dropbox Sign
• Maintain organized project records, including notes, photos, and estimates.
• Work closely with the design and project teams to refine estimates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and strategy development.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• 5+ years of B2C sales experience (construction/remodeling industry preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (Buildertrend experience a plus).
• Ability to maintain a positive, client-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

• Salary $60,000 - $80,000/year + uncapped commission
• 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance
• Paid time off, continuing education, and advancement opportunities
• Company vehicle after 90 days
• Monday-Friday schedule (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
