Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation from Social Media Platforms: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality student leads from social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. Use data-driven insights to optimize social media campaigns and improve lead generation performance across different channels. Build and manage targeted social media campaigns to attract international students interested in studying in the USA. Manage the Digital Marketing Team: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and objectives. Oversee daily operations, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain high-quality output from the team. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct training to enhance skills in digital marketing and social media engagement. Work with the creative team to develop engaging visual and written content for social media platforms, including posts, ads, videos, and infographics. Ensure content is aligned with ISN’s brand identity, resonates with the target audience (international students), and is tailored to each platform. Innovation in Social Media Marketing: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and innovations in social media and digital marketing to introduce new strategies. Experiment with new formats, channels, and tactics to drive engagement and enhance ISN’s online presence. Test and implement emerging platforms and technologies to explore new student recruitment opportunities. Collaboration with Other Creators: Build relationships and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and educational partners to amplify ISN’s reach and engagement. Partner with social media creators and thought leaders to co-create content that resonates with international students. Negotiate and coordinate influencer campaigns that align with ISN’s mission, ensuring authenticity and high-quality promotion. Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns, using insights to make data-driven decisions. Track social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) to assess the impact of content and campaigns. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance for senior management. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with admissions, content, and design teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned and consistent. Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and educational organizations to increase brand visibility and reach. Budget Management: Manage the social media marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment (ROI). Make strategic decisions regarding paid social media campaigns to ensure cost-effective lead generation. Qualification and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly focused on social media lead generation and managing successful campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn). Proven experience in leading digital marketing teams and collaborating with influencers and content creators to boost engagement and brand reach. Proficient in social media marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Skilled in paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and familiar with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies is essential. Ability to develop innovative and creative marketing strategies that drive student engagement and lead generation, with a strong creative vision and understanding of design and branding principles.
