One of our clients is seeking Bachelor's Level individual with case management experience.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Generate and prepare all required statistical reports in a timely fashion.
* Accompany and assist the child and family through Truancy Court proceedings; prepare and submit, in a timely manner, all court mandated documentation related to each client’s case.
* Advocate with and for clients for access to appropriate level of care placements.
* Maintain an awareness of availability of community resources and facilitate client/family access to appropriate resources and services necessary to support and supplement service goals.
* Work collaboratively with the family and court representative in the implementation of the service plan with the goal of returning the child to regular school attendance
* Participate in all necessary interdisciplinary functions and meetings.
* Other duties as requested

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Couseling required
* 1-2 year case manager experience experience
* Ability to work with diverse populations
* Comfortable working in school setting
* Valid Drivers License
* Ability to complete and pass given clearances including: FBI, state and child background checks and completed
