We’re looking for a talented **Video Editor** to join our team and help create engaging, high-quality video content for our business coaching and strategy brand. This role is ideal for a creative professional who understands pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement.

**Responsibilities:**

✅ Edit videos for social media, courses, and marketing content

✅ Add motion graphics, captions, and transitions to enhance video quality

✅ Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging clips

✅ Maintain brand consistency across all videos

✅ Collaborate with the team to implement feedback and revisions

**Requirements:**

Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required)

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut or DaVinci Resolve

Experience editing for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

**Nice to Have:**

Basic motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar)

Understanding of marketing and branding strategies
