Join Our Growing Fabrication Team!
We are hiring Welders at all levels (I, II, III) to support our production and fabrication operations. Whether you’re just starting your welding career or are a seasoned expert, we have a role for you. Our welders play a key role in assembling, repairing, and fabricating metal components using Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) and Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) processes in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities (All Levels):
Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment (SMAW, GMAW) to fuse, assemble, or repair metal parts.
Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to plan layout and welding operations.
Measure, align, clamp, tack, and weld components in accordance with required tolerances.
Grind, chip, or smooth welds to meet quality and safety standards.
Inspect work to ensure conformance with specifications and report discrepancies.
Operate cutting equipment (plasma arc/flame cutting) as needed.
Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and wear required PPE (goggles, steel-toe boots, gloves, etc.).
Complete assigned safety and technical training; maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications by Level:
Welder I
1–2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing, structural, or repair setting
Basic blueprint reading and measurement tool usage
Willingness to learn and work under close supervision
AWS D1.3 and Forklift certifications preferred
Welder II
3+ years of hands-on welding experience
Proficient in blueprint interpretation, part fitting, and quality control techniques
Ability to work independently and guide junior staff
AWS D1.3 required; Forklift certification preferred
Welder III
5+ years of advanced welding experience in structural/specialty metal work
Demonstrated ability to read complex blueprints and train others
Skilled in troubleshooting, specialty metals, and ensuring conformance to technical specs
AWS D1.3 and Forklift certification required
