Role Description

Terawatt is launching its first ever Analyst Rotation Program. This unique opportunity is designed to rapidly develop versatile, high-potential analysts with an end-to-end understanding of the business. Upon program completion, successful analysts will possess the skills and business-specific acumen to advance into more senior positions.

By collaborating with a range of cross-functional internal partners and senior leaders, this program offers accelerated learning, exposure to strategic projects, and a clear path to advancement, setting you up for long-term success.

In this role you will engage in two, 9-12-month rotations where you will be embedded within different parts of the organization.

• Support the Strategy and Finance teams on high level company strategy and associated financial planning
• Build and own models and strategic frameworks to assess new growth opportunities, identifying operational improvements, and recommend actions
• Support FP&A, capital planning, budgeting, and fundraising activities tied to Terawatt’s long term strategy

• Support the Real Estate and Development teams on acquisition opportunities and development projects
• Build and run underwriting models to assess the financial viability of projects
• Own investment committee memos and materials

During both rotations, you will also be expected to engage in project-based work supporting emerging company priorities as needed (~20% of time).

• A general business athlete who is equally comfortable presenting high-level strategy to executives and diving into the weeds of a financial model
• An outstanding collaborator and team member, able to work effectively with colleagues of all levels and disciplines
• A structured thinker capable of identifying and framing problems, generating solutions, modeling impacts, and communicating recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner
• Hungry to learn new skills and topical areas
• Able to drive change by influencing others

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, finance, management consulting, real estate, or related field
• Bachelor's degree required
• Advanced modeling skillset
• Nice to have: experience working in EV charging and/or at a high growth startup

$105,000 - $120,000 a year
