We’re on the lookout for a versatile freelance copywriter who thrives on crafting sharp, customer-facing content across digital channels. Our newly restructured team is ramping up efforts to tell a more cohesive, compelling brand story—and you’ll be a key part of that voice. You’ll write everything from social captions to SEO-driven web copy , email content , and advertising copy . Ideal candidates are equally confident telling a story in 280 characters or 3 paragraphs, can shift tone with ease, and know how to balance wit with clarity and brand voice. What You’ll Do: Write clear, compelling social media , email , web , and ad copy in line with new brand guidelines Produce SEO-optimized product and landing page copy Contribute to blog content and ongoing storytelling across the brand Adapt tone and messaging across platforms and audiences Collaborate with the team to ensure brand voice consistency while evolving the messaging Apply feedback quickly and revise with precision What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience writing customer-facing copy across channels Experience in D2C or retail brands is a major plus Ability to write concisely with a balance of cleverness and clarity Skilled in writing in different tones to suit different media Familiarity with SEO best practices , ecommerce, and digital-first storytelling Strong communicator who can manage feedback and shifting priorities in a fast-paced remote team Nice to Have: Experience in fashion, beauty, eyewear, or lifestyle industries Comfort working in tools like Notion, Google Docs, Figma, or similar Commitment: ~10–15 hours/week (approx. 40 hours/month) | 3-month contract (potential to extend) Location: Remote (open to all U.S. time zones – must be available to work PST hours) The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30to $35an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
