Our startup is revolutionizing K-12 education with personalized learning platforms that deliver exceptional outcomes. We are expanding into public school districts and seek sales leaders with strong district connections and experience navigating procurement processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a sales pipeline exceeding $10M by identifying high-potential districts and engaging decision-makers Present tailored proposals and guide procurement to secure large contracts Conduct discovery sessions to understand district needs and develop effective solutions Manage all stages of complex sales cycles with full territory ownership Leverage existing relationships to accelerate adoption of our platform Minimum Requirements: 3+ years managing complex K-12 sales cycles and closing deals over $100K Established network within Texas or California school districts Experience with public school procurement, RFPs, and RFIs Proven track record maintaining a $10M+ sales pipeline and meeting revenue goals Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales process Proficiency with CRM and sales tools Residence within or near Texas or California (within 2 hours) Willingness to travel extensively within the region (up to 80%) Legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship Position Details: This is a full-time, long-term contract role, paying $100/hour ($200,000/year based on 40 hours/week).
