Responsibilities Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing waste. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. Lead and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals for customer satisfaction, product quality, and profitability. Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations. Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
