KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. The Physical and Technical Security Manager will oversee a team responsible for physical security systems and countermeasures at customer sites, ensuring workforce and facility protection. Responsibilities include managing visitor control, badging services, security monitoring, and the operation, design, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of physical and technical security systems such as access control, video surveillance, barrier systems, perimeter fencing, and screening systems. The manager will also assist with Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) management tasks and develop and execute Preventive Inspection Testing and Maintenance (PITM) plans. Required qualifications include TS/SCI clearance, 12 years of relevant experience, US citizenship, specific security certifications, and experience in physical security system design and maintenance. Desired qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management or related fields. The position is contingent upon contract award and located in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
